Common use of Murrays Clerks Clause in Contracts

Murrays Clerks. The Murray’s Department will have the following positions: ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Cheese Shop Master and ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Cheese Shop Clerk It is understood that ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Cheese Shop associates will be considered Deli Department associates. A ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Cheese Shop associate’s responsibilities will be to perform all tasks associated with the operation of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Cheese Shop as directed by store management. ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Cheese Masters and Murrays Cheese Clerks will be required to successfully complete the Murray’s certification training program. Previous proven comparable experience within the food industry or food service will be determined based upon their experience and associates will be placed at the appropriate wage on the wage schedule in accordance with the experience credit language as outlined in the current Savannah collective bargaining agreement. Upon successful completion of Murray’s Certification Training program, a Part-time ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Cheese Clerk current rate will increase to the 36 month step on their wage progression scale and a Full-time ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Cheese Clerk current rate will increase to the 48 month step on their wage progression scale. It is understood that the Company and the Union will meet to discuss further expansion of these shops beyond those locations contained in this letter. In the event of individual ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Cheese Shop closures, the Company will follow the language in Appendix “A” Application of Seniority regarding closing and reduction of hours. Should the concept of ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Cheese Shops fail and the partnership dissolves in whole then the Company agrees to grandfather the rate of pay for ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Cheese Masters.
