Common use of Music Copyright licensing Clause in Contracts

Music Copyright licensing. You must hold relevant licences under Performing Right Society (PRS) and the Phonographic Performance Licence (PPL) for any copyright music you intend to utilise during your hire period. For avoidance of doubt, the Pavilion does not currently hold either licence, as we have not previously had any music playing on site. When requested, you must provide copies of your licence to the Parish Council if requested.
