Common use of Mutilated or Missing Warrant Certificates Clause in Contracts

Mutilated or Missing Warrant Certificates. In case any of the Warrant Certificates shall be mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, the Company may in its discretion issue, in exchange and substitution for and upon cancellation of the mutilated Warrant Certificate, or in lieu of and substitution for the Warrant Certificate lost, stolen or destroyed, a new Warrant Certificate of like tenor and representing an equivalent number of Warrants, but only upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of such loss, theft or destruction of such Warrant Certificate and indemnity, if requested, also reasonably satisfactory to it. Applicants for such substitute Warrant Certificates shall also comply with such other reasonable regulations and pay such other reasonable charges as the Company may prescribe.

Applicants for such substitute Warrant Certificates shall also comply with such other reasonable regulations and pay such other reasonable charges as the Company or the Warrant Agent may prescribe.

In case any of ----------------------------------------- the Warrant Certificates shall be mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, the Company may in its discretion issue, in exchange and substitution for and upon cancellation of the mutilated Warrant Certificate, or in lieu of and substitution for the Warrant Certificate lost, stolen or destroyed, a new Warrant Certificate of like tenor and representing an equivalent number of Warrants, but only upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of such loss, theft or destruction of such Warrant Certificate and indemnity, if requested, also reasonably satisfactory to it. Applicants for such substitute Warrant Certificates shall also comply with such other reasonable regulations and pay such other reasonable charges as the Company may prescribe.

Mutilated or Missing Warrant Certificates. In case If any of the Warrant Certificates certificates shall be mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, the Company may in its discretion shall issue, in exchange and substitution for and upon cancellation of the mutilated Warrant Certificatecertificate, or in lieu of and substitution for the Warrant Certificate certificate lost, stolen or destroyed, a new Warrant Certificate certificate of like tenor and representing an equivalent number of Warrants, but only upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of such loss, theft or destruction of such Warrant Certificate certificate and indemnitysuch indemnity and security therefor as is customary and reasonably satisfactory to them, if requested, also reasonably satisfactory to it. Applicants for such substitute Warrant Certificates shall also comply with such other reasonable requests or regulations and pay such other reasonable charges as the Company may prescribe.

Mutilated or Missing Warrant Certificates. In case any of the Warrant Certificates shall be mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, the Company may may, in its discretion issuediscretion, issue in exchange and substitution for and upon cancellation of the mutilated Warrant Certificate, or in lieu of and substitution for the Warrant Certificate lost, stolen or destroyed, a new Warrant Certificate of like tenor and representing an equivalent number of Warrants, but only upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company of such loss, theft or destruction of such Warrant Certificate and indemnity, if requested, also reasonably satisfactory to itthe Company. Applicants for Holders requesting such substitute Warrant Certificates shall also comply with such other reasonable regulations and pay such other reasonable charges as the Company may prescribedetermine.

In case any of the Warrant Certificates shall be mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, the Company may in its discretion issueissue and the Warrant Agent may countersign, in exchange and substitution for and upon cancellation of the mutilated Warrant Certificate, or in lieu of and substitution for the Warrant Certificate lost, stolen or destroyed, a new Warrant Certificate of like tenor and representing an equivalent number of Warrants, but only upon receipt of evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Company and the Warrant Agent of such loss, theft or destruction of such Warrant Certificate and indemnity, if requested, indemnity also reasonably satisfactory to itthem. Applicants for such substitute Warrant Certificates shall also comply with such other reasonable regulations and pay such other reasonable charges as the Company or the Warrant Agent may prescribe.
