If any Warrant Certificate is mutilated, lost, stolen or destroyed, the Company shall issue, upon surrender and cancellation of any mutilated Warrant Certificate, or in lieu of and substitution for any lost, stolen or destroyed Warrant Certificate, a new Warrant Certificate of like tenor and representing an equal number of Warrants.
