MUTUAL AGREEMENT TO MEDIATE AND ARBITRATE CLAIMS. This Mutual Agreement to Mediate and Arbitrate Claims ("Agreement") is made and entered into effective as of October 1, 2015 ("Effective Date"), by and between Xxxxxxx X.
