This Mutual Agreement to Mediate and Arbitrate Claims (“Agreement”) is made and entered into effective as of January 30, 2004 (“Effective Date”), by and between Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx (“Employee”), and Natural Alternatives International, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company”).
