Common use of MUTUAL ASSURANCE Clause in Contracts

MUTUAL ASSURANCE. Each of the parties hereby covenants to use its best efforts to take or cause to be taken, all action and do or cause to be done, all things necessary, proper or advisable under applicable laws and regulations to consummate and make effective as soon as reasonable practicable the transactions herein contemplated. Each party shall co-operate with others, as reasonably requested, to assist such parties in complying with the request of clients and requirements of governmental and regulating authorities. Either party shall provide all relevant information to the other party, which may be sought by one party to the other in regard to matters concerning this Agreement.
