Common use of Mutual Benefits Clause in Contracts

Mutual Benefits. ‌ The parties acknowledge the mutual benefits to be derived from joint consultation and are prepared to enter into discussions aimed at the development and introduction of appropriate processes for the purpose of providing joint consultation on matters of common interest. The Corporation shall provide all Component participants in joint consultation meetings with draft minutes of the meetings they attended within twenty-one (21) days of the date that the meetings were held.
