Mutual Consideration. The Coalition’s commitment to abide by terms of this Agreement is consideration for the LAWA’s commitments to abide by terms of this Agreement. LAWA’s commitments to abide by terms of this Agreement are consideration for the Coalition’s commitment to abide by terms of this Agreement.
Mutual Consideration. The Constituents hereto shall cooperate with each other to achieve the mutually desired purpose of this Agreement and shall execute such other and further documents and take such other and further actions as may be necessary or convenient to successfully accomplish the intention of the transaction described herein, for the best interests of each of the Constituent Companies.
Mutual Consideration. Each of the agreements, releases, and other provisions of this Agreement is executed and entered into in consideration for and in reliance upon the due execution and enforceability of all other agreements, releases, and other provisions of this Agreement. The effectiveness and the validity of each agreement or other provision hereof is conditioned upon the effectiveness and validity of each of the other agreements, releases, and other provisions hereof.
Mutual Consideration. The Parties’ commitments to abide by the terms of this Settlement Agreement, and the substantive terms, conditions, and obligations provided herein, constitute mutual consideration.

Mutual Consideration. The Parties agree that the consideration and obligations recited and provided for under this Agreement collectively constitute substantial benefits to both Parties and are, therefore, adequate consideration for this Agreement.
Mutual Consideration. The Signatories’ commitment to abide by the terms of this CBA is consideration for MSD’s commitments to abide by the terms of this CBA. MSD’s commitment to abide by the terms of this CBA is consideration for the Signatories’ commitment to abide by the terms of this CBA.
Mutual Consideration. As an initial consideration for entering into this Agreement and for accepting the mutual covenants and undertakings therein and to help ensure the maximum mutual benefit the Parties have agreed to an exchange of common, restricted shares in the amount of 3,000,000 (three million) TVCP shares in exchange for 3,666,000 (three million six hundred and sixty six thousand) shares of EnterTech. Each of the Parties therefore hereby undertakes to issue to the other Party a duly restricted stock certificate within seven working days from the execution of this agreement.
