Common use of Mutual Covenants Regarding Closing Clause in Contracts

Mutual Covenants Regarding Closing. Each of the parties shall take all such actions as are within its power to control, and use commercially reasonable efforts to cause other actions to be taken which are not within its power to control, so as to ensure the satisfaction of each of the conditions and covenants set forth in Sections 6.2 and 6.3 which are for the benefit of any other party.
