The Parties agree to cooperate with each other in good faith to accomplish the terms of this Agreement, including the execution of such documents and such other action as may reasonably be necessary to implement the terms of this Agreement and obtain the Court’s final approval of the Agreement including the entry of an order dismissing the Litigation with prejudice.
