A Mutual Fund or Mutual Fund Portfolio shall pay any investment advisory fee and certain other expenses, which may include its ordinary operational and organizational expenses, or any extraordinary expenses, as described in the current prospectus for that Mutual Fund or Mutual Fund Portfolio as it may be amended or supplemented from time to time.
