Common use of Mutual Fund Transactions Clause in Contracts

Mutual Fund Transactions. In the event that I purchase or hold a mutual fund, I agree to read and understand the terms of its prospectus. I understand that certain mutual funds reserve the right to change their purchasing, switching or redemption procedures or suspend or postpone redemptions under certain market conditions. I further understand that any mutual fund order entered with Robinhood is placed by Robinhood on a best efforts basis as prescribed and recognized by the individual fund, and that Robinhood is not responsible for unexecuted orders due to the failure of any communication system. I agree to be fully responsible for the information contained within the mutual fund prospectus and to hold Robinhood, its Affiliates, and Robinhood and its Affiliates' respective officers and employees harmless for any deficiencies contained therein. I authorize Robinhood to act as My agent in the purchase and redemption of fund shares.
