Common use of Mutual Good Faith, Cooperation and Assistance Clause in Contracts

Mutual Good Faith, Cooperation and Assistance. The Parties shall exercise good faith, cooperate, and assist each other in fulfilling the intent and purpose of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the introduction and adoption of the Redevelopment Plan, the Required Approvals, the development of the Property consistent with the tenns hereof, and the defense of any challenge with regard to any of the foregoing. Neither party shall take any action the effect of which would be subvert or impair right and obligation of the parties herein.
