Common use of Mutual Hold Harmless Clause in Contracts

Mutual Hold Harmless. Doctor and CCMI shall indemnify, defend and hold each other harmless from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses of all kinds (including reasonable attorneys fees), made by or alleged to be owing to any Enrollee or health plan company, by reason of any act or omission caused or alleged to have been caused by the other or any agent or employee of the other or other persons within the other’s control or responsibility.
