Mutual Limitations on Warranties. Other than the representations and warranties made by the Parties pursuant to Sections 8.1 and 8.2 or elsewhere expressly in this Agreement, THE PARTIES DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
