Common use of Mutual Remedies Clause in Contracts

Mutual Remedies. The failure on the part of the Mutual to avail itself of any of the remedies given under this Agreement shall not waive nor destroy the right of the Mutual to avail itself of such remedies for similar or other breaches on the part of the Qualifying Resident.
