Common use of MUTUAL RIGHT OF TERMINATION Clause in Contracts

Either party may terminate this Agreement, or any location, without cause, without penalty, and without liability for any damages as a result of such termination, at any time hereafter by giving the other party at least sixty (60) days' prior written notice.
