Mutual Termination of the Grant. RUS and the Grantee may mutually agree, in writing, to terminate the Grant upon certain conditions, specifying the effective date of the termination, and in the case of a partial termination of the Grant, any unadvanced portion of the Grant to be terminated and any advanced portion of the Grant to be returned to RUS.
