MVPD Arrangements. Licensor and Licensee hereby acknowledge and agree that (i) Licensee is currently a party to MVPD Arrangements and will, from time to time, enter into additional MVPD Arrangements consistent with industry practice; (ii) existing and future MVPD Arrangements shall not require Licensor’s approval; and (iii) MVPD Arrangements are not Sublicensing Arrangements and the terms and conditions set forth in this Section 4 do not apply to any existing or future MVPD Arrangements.
