Common use of My Cooperation Clause in Contracts

My Cooperation. Lender may require that I sign other instruments or documents or supply additional information and data to Lender that it considers necessary to accomplish the purposes of this Loan Agreement. I will sign such documents or provide such information at my own cost and expense. All documents delivered to Lender by me will become Lender’s property.
