Common use of My Provider Services Security Clause in Contracts

The Contractor is responsible for ensuring that access to and use of My Provider Services is strictly limited to only those Personnel who require access for the performance of Services, and will take all necessary steps to manage My Provider Services access and security, including without limitation by ensuring each Personnel’s access to and use of My Provider Services is limited to only that necessary to perform the Services.
