At any time during the Contract Period, NAFC may require that the Contractor permit inspection or audit, by NAFC, the Member or their authorised officers or agents; of the Contractor's or subcontractor's premises, facilities and documents including but not limited to operation manuals, procedure statements, financial documentation, correspondence and maintenance records.
