Common use of Name Agents Clause in Contracts

Name Agents. The parties hereto acknowledge that each of the Arranger and the Documentation Agent holds such titles in name only, and that such titles confer no additional rights or obligations relative to those conferred on any Lender or the Issuing Bank hereunder.

The parties hereto acknowledge that each of the Arranger Lead Arranger, the Bookrunner and the Documentation Agent holds hold such titles in name only, and that such titles confer no additional rights or obligations relative to those conferred on any Lender or the Issuing Bank hereunder.

The parties hereto acknowledge that each of the Arranger Arrangers, the Bookrunner and the Documentation Agent holds such Collateral Agents hold their titles in name only, and that such their titles confer no additional rights or obligations relative to those conferred on any Lender or the Issuing Bank hereunder, except as otherwise expressly set forth herein in the case of the Collateral Agents.
