Name and Address of Member. The name and address of the Member are as set forth in Schedule A. The Secretary of the Company shall maintain a Unit Transfer Record at the Principal Office of the Company. If the Units held by the Member are transferred as permitted in Section 4.2, the Secretary shall enter the name and address of the new Member in the Unit Transfer Record.
