Name and Address of the Member. The name of the Member is DuPont Fabros Technology, L.P., having an office at the address set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto or at such other place as the Member may determine from time to time and notify the LLC thereof. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, no additional member shall be admitted to the LLC without the written consent of the Member.
