Name and Address; Properties Clause Samples

The "Name and Address; Properties" clause establishes the requirement for parties to clearly state their legal names, addresses, and the specific properties involved in the agreement. In practice, this clause ensures that all parties are properly identified and that the subject properties are unambiguously described, often by including street addresses, parcel numbers, or other identifying information. Its core function is to prevent confusion or disputes regarding the identities of the parties or the properties covered by the contract, thereby ensuring clarity and enforceability.
