NAME AND DURATION. There is hereby created a joint administrative agency to be known as the ________________ FIRE AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL RESPONSE AGENCY (hereinafter known as the Agency) to commence __________________ , 20___, and shall be automatically renewable on July 1, ______, for five year periods thereafter unless sooner terminated as hereinafter set forth.

NAME AND DURATION. The Board shall be called the Northern Virginia Cigarette Tax Board. Its duration shall be perpetual, subject to the provisions of Paragraph 8 hereof.
