Common use of Name and Likeness Rights Clause in Contracts

Name and Likeness Rights. Composer hereby irrevocably and without limitation grants to Soundscape the right to and to permit others to use the names, likenesses, photographs and/or biographical materials of Composer in connection with the exercise by Soundscape of all rights granted to it pursuant to this Agreement. Upon execution of this Agreement, Composer agrees to provide Soundscape with a copy of Composer’s updated and current biographical materials, as well as copies of any current professional photographs.
