Common use of Name Change Clause in Contracts

Name Change. If the Seller makes any change in its name, identity or corporate structure that would make any financing statement or continuation statement filed in accordance with paragraph (a) above seriously misleading within the applicable provisions of the UCC or any title statute, the Seller shall give the Depositor, the Indenture Trustee and the Owner Trustee prompt written notice thereof and shall promptly file such financing statements or amendments as may be necessary to continue the perfection of the Depositor’s and the Indenture Trustee’s interest in the property conveyed pursuant to Section 2.01.
