Common use of Name Change Clause in Contracts

Name Change. Within 15 days after the Seller makes any change in its name, identity, jurisdiction of organization or corporate structure which would make any financing statement or continuation statement filed in accordance with paragraph (a) above seriously misleading within the applicable provisions of the UCC or any title statute, the Seller shall give the Purchaser notice of any such change, and no later than 5 days after the effective date thereof, shall file such financing statements or amendments as may be necessary to continue the perfection of the Purchaser’s interest in the property included in the Owner Trust Estate.

Name Change.
