Common use of Name, Etc Clause in Contracts

Name, Etc. No Grantor will, nor will any Grantor permit any of its Subsidiaries to, change its name, organizational identification number, jurisdiction of organization or organizational identity; provided, that Grantor or any of its Subsidiaries may change its name upon at least 10 days prior written notice to Agent of such change.
