Common use of Name, Etc Clause in Contracts

Name, Etc. No Grantor will change its name, organizational identification number, jurisdiction of organization or organizational identity; provided, that Grantor may do any of the foregoing upon at least ten (10) days’ prior written notice to Agent of such change.
