Common use of Name, Etc Clause in Contracts

Name, Etc. Neither Parent nor any Grantor will change its name, organizational identification number, jurisdiction of organization or organizational identity; provided, that Parent and Grantors may change their names upon at least ten (10) days prior written notice to Agent of such change.
