Except as disclosed in the Schedule, no Borrower has done business under any name other than that specified on the signature page hereof; or, in the past five (5) years, changed its jurisdiction of formation, corporate structure, organizational type, or any organizational number assigned by its jurisdiction. The chief executive office of Borrowers is located at the address indicated in Section 10 hereof. All Borrowers’ Inventory and Equipment is located only at the location set forth in Section 10 hereof.
