The Debtor represents and warrants that the name of the Debtor shown on this Agreement is the correct, full legal name of the Debtor and that the Debtor has not at any time changed its name, identity or corporate structure, been the surviving corporation in a merger, acquired any other business, or engaged in business under an assumed name or trade name except as set forth below.
