Any division or its sub-units may be designated by such name as the Board may from time to time determine and may transact business, enter into contacts, sign cheques and other documents of any kind and do all acts and things under such name. Any such contract, cheque or document shall be binding upon the Corporation as if it had been entered into or signed in the name of the Corporation.
