Grantor will not change its legal name without 30 days’ prior written notice to the Lender, the Lender has given its written consent to such change, and Grantor has delivered to the Lender acknowledgment copies of financing statements filed where appropriate to continue the perfection of the Lender’s security interest as a first priority security interest in the Collateral. Grantor has not used any other name within the past five years except those described on Exhibit A attached hereto.
