Common use of Name of Partnership Clause in Contracts

Name of Partnership. Subject to the provisions of the LP Act and the Business Names Act (Ontario) and any other applicable legislation, the name of the Partnership will be RBC Covered Bond Guarantor Limited Partnership, or such other name as the Managing GP may, with the consent of the Limited Partner, and while there are Covered Bonds outstanding, the Bond Trustee, from time to time determine in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
