Name of Partnership. The name of the Partnership is NRP (GP) LP, or such other name as the General Partner may hereafter adopt from time to time. The General Partner shall execute and file in the proper offices such certificates as may be required by any assumed name act or similar law in effect in the jurisdictions in which the Partnership may elect to conduct business.
