Common use of NAME OF THE PORTFOLIOS Clause in Contracts

NAME OF THE PORTFOLIOS. Each Portfolio hereby agrees that if the Manager shall at any time for any reason cease to serve as investment adviser to a Portfolio, the Portfolio shall, if and when requested by the Manager, eliminate from the Portfolio’s name the name “Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx” and thereafter refrain from using the name “Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx” or the initials “NB” in connection with its business or activities, and the foregoing agreement of a Portfolio shall survive any termination of this Agreement and any extension or renewal thereof.
