Common use of NAME OF THE SERIES Clause in Contracts

NAME OF THE SERIES. Each Series hereby agrees that if the Manager shall at any time for any reason cease to serve as investment adviser to a Series, the Series shall, if and when requested by the Manager, eliminate from the Series' name the name "Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx" and thereafter refrain from using the name "Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx" or the initials "NB" in connection with its business or activities, and the foregoing agreement of a Series shall survive any termination of this Agreement and any extension or renewal thereof.
