Common use of Name of the Trustee Clause in Contracts

Name of the Trustee. After receiving the Sale Information from the Selling Agent or Purchasing Agent, the Company will communicate such Sale Information to the Trustee by facsimile transmission or other acceptable written means. The Company will assign a CUSIP number to the Global Security representing such Book-Entry Security and then advise the Trustee and the Selling Agent or Purchasing Agent, as the case may be, of such CUSIP number.
