Name; Places of Business. The name of Borrower set forth in this Agreement is its correct name. Borrower shall give Bank 15 days' prior written notice before changing its name. The address set forth in the heading to this Agreement is Borrower's chief executive office. In addition, Borrower has places of business and Collateral is located only at the locations set forth on the Schedule. Borrower will give Bank at least 15 days prior written notice before changing its chief executive office or locating the Collateral at any other location.
