Common use of Named Administrative and Investment Fiduciaries Clause in Contracts

Named Administrative and Investment Fiduciaries. For purposes of this Trust Agreement, the term "Named Administrative Fiduciary" refers to the person named or provided for in the Plan as responsible for the administration and operation of the Plan, and the term "Named Investment Fiduciary" refers to the person provided for in the Plan as responsible for the investment and management of Plan assets to the extent provided for in this Trust Agreement. The Named Administrative Fiduciary and the Named Investment Fiduciary may be the same person. If any such person is not named or provided for in the Plan, or if so named or provided for, is not then serving, the Employer shall be the Named Administrative Fiduciary or the Named Investment Fiduciary or both, as the case may be.
