Common use of Named Fiduciary and Administrator Clause in Contracts

Named Fiduciary and Administrator. The Board of Directors shall be the Named Fiduciary and Agreement Administrator (the "Administrator") of this Agreement. The Administrator shall be responsible for the management, control, and administration of this Agreement as established herein. The Administrator shall possess and exercise discretionary authority to make determinations as to an Officer's eligibility for benefits and to construe the terms of this Agreement. The Administrator may delegate to others certain aspects of the management and operation responsibilities of this Agreement including the employment of advisors and the delegation of ministerial duties to qualified individuals.
