Common use of Named Insured Clause in Contracts

Named Insured. Unless otherwise provided in this Section, the named insured shall be the Association or its authorized representative, as a trustee for the Owners. However, all policies shall be for the benefit of Owners and their Mortgagees, as their interests may appear.
