Common use of Names, Addresses and Subscriptions Clause in Contracts

Names, Addresses and Subscriptions. The name, address, e-mail address, facsimile number, and the number of Units held and corresponding Commitment of each Member are set forth in the books and records of the Company. The Company shall maintain such books and records in a manner consistent with this Agreement and shall cause such books and records to be revised to reflect (a) the admission of any additional or substituted Member occurring pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, (b) the withdrawal, or partial withdrawal, of any Member pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, (c) any change in the identity, address, e-mail address or facsimile number of a Member, (d) any changes in the Commitments of the Members occurring pursuant to the terms of this Agreement or (e) the identity, e-mail address, address and facsimile number of any trustee or nominee named pursuant to 10.3.
