Common use of Names and Addresses of Noteholders Clause in Contracts

Names and Addresses of Noteholders. If the Indenture Trustee is not the Note Registrar, the Issuer will furnish a list of the names and addresses of the Noteholders of any Definitive Notes to the Indenture Trustee (a) not more than five days after each Record Date, as of such Record Date and (b) not more than 30 days after receipt by the Issuer of a request from the Indenture Trustee, as of a date not more than ten days before the time such list is furnished. If the Indenture Trustee is the Note Registrar, the Indenture Trustee, upon the request of the Owner Trustee, will furnish within ten days to the Owner Trustee a list of Noteholders of all Book-Entry Notes as of the date specified by the Owner Trustee.
