Common use of Names and Places of Business Clause in Contracts

Names and Places of Business. No Note Party has, during the preceding five (5) years, been known by, or used any other trade or fictitious name, except as disclosed in Schedule 4.30. The chief executive office and principal place of business of each Note Party is located at the address of such Note Party set out in Schedule 4.30. Except as indicated in Schedule 4.30, no Note Party has had any other office or place of business within the past five (5) years. Each Note Party’s jurisdiction of organization, name as listed in the public records of its jurisdiction of organization, organizational identification number in its jurisdiction of organization, and Federal Taxpayer Identification Number is stated on Schedule 4.30 (or as set forth in a notice delivered pursuant to Section 6.1(m).
